Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Temporary Outage Support worker is to support the CNS Operations department with independent oversight and quality assurance reviews and inspections.
Education, Training and Experience
Must have a minimum of 25 years experience at Cooper Nuclear Station with at least 15 years experience in CNS Operations as a licensed Operator.
Licenses and/or Certifications
Former licensed Senior Reactor Operator at Cooper Nuclear Station
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with QA Assessment staff.
Perform observations/assessments of CNS Operations and other departments as assigned.
Communicate issues discovered through observation to Operations management personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
Accountable for other duties as assigned.
